Only during high season we require a minimum stay of 3 nights. For Holy Week and New Year’s, the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Yes, you can book a single room, but the rest of the house remains private and will only be available to you and your group. We only accept one reservation per night.

Yes, our rate adjusts to the number of guests. However, we recommend visiting in groups of at least 4 to 6 people.

Yes, children aged 4 and up count toward the total guest capacity.

Coffee and purified water station, hair dryer, Makenna® bath amenities, closet and storage trunks, luggage rack, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and fire extinguisher.

No, each bathroom is equipped with full towel sets and robes. We also provide towels for the pool and dock areas.

Yes, the house is accessible by land.

Yes, transfers between the Aeroclub and the house are complimentary.

Yes, you can arrive directly at the house by helicopter.

You can fly to Puerto Barrios with TAG Airlines, and we can help coordinate a boat transfer to the house. This service has an additional cost and depends on flight schedules and availability.

beverage

No. Food and beverage service is exclusively for guests. We have a chef on staff who prepares all meals included in your stay.

We offer a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and children’s menu options.

No. Meal selections must be made in advance. The menu must be confirmed at least 5 days before your arrival date.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring any extra food, snacks, or beverages you like.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own. We also offer a selection of wines and spirits at an additional cost.

Yes, we can provide a custom quote for your stay without meals included.

Boats &
jet skis

Your stay includes the use of one jet ski and our Nautique boat, ideal for skiing or cruising near the house.

Yes, our Axopar boat is available for rental even if you’re not staying at the property.

Captain and crew member.

No. Both the boat and the jet ski are provided with a full tank at the start of your rental and must be returned full.
